Claude's account is sealed? This guide to the hole keeps you away from the seal.

itadol5j

A lot of friends have recently pissed me off about their Claude account, suddenly blocked, and only recorded as a cold "Account Restricted" or "Policy Video." As a heavy AI tool user, I studied in depth the rules and cases of Claude's seals, and sorted out a guide to the pits to keep you away from the seal risks.

Account is secure.

I. Three high-risk mined areas under Claude seal

According to a large number of user feedbacks and case analyses, Claude's seals are concentrated in three areas:

1. IP address anomalies (about 45%)

This is the most common reason for the seal. Claude's control over IP is very strict, and the following acts can trigger wind control:

  • Frequently switch country/area IP: e.g. jump from US IP to domestic IP in 1 hour
  • Use shared IP pool: Airport node, common WiFi, etc. shared IP is easily marked
  • Inappropriate configuration of proxy tools: No use of pure residential agency, IP recognized as data centre IP
  • Multiple device login: The same account numbers are frequently switched to login on different devices

2. Content-compliant red line (approximately 35 per cent)

The Claude content review mechanism scans the conversation, and the following topics can easily trigger the seal:

  • Sensitive subject.: about violence, extremism, child pornography (even academic discussions)
  • Abuse of copyright content: Directly generate complete books, lyrics, etc. protected by copyright
  • Identity fraud: impersonating government documents, forged professional qualifications
  • Malicious content generation: Request to generate fishing mail, malicious code, etc.

3. Operational behaviour anomalies (about 20 per cent)

The system monitors the user's mode of use, and the following acts are considered abnormal:

  • HF API CallMore than 1,000 requests per day for free packages
  • Batch registration multiple accounts: Same device/IP registered more than 3 accounts
  • Automation of scripts: Unauthorized automation using tools such as Selenium
  • A lot of requests in a short time.: More than normal human use

II. METHODOLOGY OF APPEALS AFFECTED TO ACCOUNTS

If unfortunately sealed off, don't panic.

Step 1: Urgent collection of evidence

  • Intercept the last 3 days of complete conversation (must include time stamp)
  • Export IP Login Login (validated with IP2Location)
  • Keep API call records (commercial user requirement)
  • Record account registration time, main use scene

Step 2: E-mailing complaints

Mail title format:[Account Appeal] User ID: XXXXXX

Body structure:

  • Basic account number information (register box/time of registration/main use scene)
  • Anomalous description (time/last operational description of the found seal)
  • Compliance commitment (with reorganization plan)
  • List of supporting materials (references to annexes)

Step 3: Two channels for submission

  • Submitted through official support mailboxes:support@anthropic.com
  • On Twitter, @AnthropicAI filed a public complaint
  • Fill out official complaint forms (available from Claude Help Center)

Step 4: Follow-up

  • Check spam folders daily (35% of responses will be miscalculated as spam)
  • Send a follow-up e-mail in the absence of a reply.
  • Video verification when necessary (hand ID + handwritten complaint number)

III. ACCOUNT GUARDING GUIDELINES (preventive)

Rather than filing a complaint after closure, protection should be provided in advance. The following is a certified proposal for containment:

1. Cyber-environment protection

  • UseIndependent static dwellings IPAvoid sharing IP pool
  • Fixed account number equipment to avoid frequent switching of equipment login
  • OpenDouble-factor authentication(2FA), prevent stolen accounts
  • Set speed limit if API is used (recommended ≤5 times/s)

2. Content use norms

  • Add a compliance prefix to the question, e.g. "Please answer for academic purposes..."
  • Avoid continuous questioning of sensitive topics (no more than 3 related sensitive issues in a single dialogue)
  • Don't ask for copyright content, malicious code, fishing mail, etc.
  • When dealing with sensitive topics, specify the legitimate uses

3. Account management strategy

  • Establish a master account system, separate business accounts and test accounts
  • Regular clean-up of dialogue history (suggested to be removed on a weekly basis)
  • Monitor the health of the account.
  • Do not register multiple accounts in bulk

Question answers

Q: Will VPN be blocked?

A: No. The key is the quality and behaviour patterns of IP. The use of high-quality housing IPs, avoiding frequent switching, and maintaining consistent usage habits are usually not problematic.

Q: Which free and fee accounts are easier to block?

A: Free account controls are stricter because of lower cost of abuse. The payment account was relatively liberal, but still subject to rules of use.

Q: How long after the complaint can it be lifted?

A: Usually 3-7 working days, complex cases may take 2 weeks. If no reply is received for 7 days, please follow up again.

Q: Can blocked accounts restore data?

A: The history of the dialogue after being unsealed is usually retained, but it is recommended that backups be exported on a regular basis in case of emergency.

At the end.

Claude ' s seal mechanism is essentially designed to prevent abuse and protect the sustainable operation of the platform. As users, we need only follow basic rules and use them rationally to avoid most of the risks.

Remember a few key points: clean IP, no sensitive content, no automation, a good account. To do that, your Claude account is basically stable.

The tools are innocent, the good ones. May Claude's account live long.
