重要修復：撤銷 5.5 Codex OAuth 路由修復

問題：2026.5.5 的 doctor –fix 修復將有效的openai-codex/* ChatGPT/Codex OAuth 路由重寫爲openai/*，可能導致：

• OAuth-only GPT-5.5 設置失敗
• 意外切換到 OpenAI API-key 路由

修復：2026.5.6 撤銷了該修復，恢復正確的路由。
